Occasionally perform checks for taste, temperature and visual appeal. • Verify that kitchen staff has prepared all menus with proper recipe and portion servings, and correct for each individual menu item. • Ensure all FOH related invoicing is properly received and acknowledged by the receiving staff member by signature and name printed on all delivery invoices.
