Title:Food Service Associate III Production - Dietary Location:Maury Regional Medical Center Ground Position Shift:Full-Time Position Summary:Primarily responsible for handling/storing/preparing food in accordance with sanitary regulations,preparing food that meets standards for palatability/appearance, portioning food in accord withdesignated standards, meeting meal schedule, avoiding food waste, using standard recipes, andusing equipment and supplies
