Job Description: Oversee the day-to-day office operations of the Citywide Special Events Department. Assist Regional Special Events Manager with the coordination of all casino event projects. Oversee citywide event on-call and temporary staffing and scheduling against established event calendar. Assist and coordinate various property/marketing functions assigned. Presentation creation and meeting preparation as needed. Maintain and develop relationships with internal departments and external vendors. Provide assistance to our internal and external customers in a friendly, timely and efficient manner. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive materials.
