Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Permanent Hotel Group Sales Manager to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue and driving sales growth for our hotel group. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the hotel group
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Collaborate with other departments within the hotel group to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the hotel group and generate leads
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Hospitality or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business travel sales, or hospitality
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required
