About the Role:
In the role of Community Manager, you are the operator of your Bond Collection location. Working in conjunction with other community personnel, you are responsible for maintaining maximum occupancy through various sales techniques, owning all administrative tasks within your space, overseeing facility emergencies until completion, as well as leading a rapport of exceptional customer service. You are a self starter, innovative, a hard worker and continuously seeking ways to improve our services through focused efforts on operations and hospitality. This role includes many different facets and responsibilities that all align with ensuring smooth day to day operations of your space.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and execute building/office operations and making sure processes are running smoothly
- Manage the entire lifecycle of a member, from inquiries, to new tours, and onboarding.
- Sales Reporting, Touring, as well as Issuing Contracts
- Main point of contact for members as well as building management
- Expense management for your location
- Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various platforms
- Maintaining 100% occupancy by achieving sales goals and managing churn
- Maintaining company standards and expectations.
- Responsible for member engagements, community events, and supporting member networking
- Orient first-time members and short-term guests
- Responsible for maintaining the culture and positive energy of your location
- Responsible for managing a facilities team and ensure the space is organized and clean at all times
- Capable of troubleshooting end-to-end IT management and solutions (i.e. printing, wifi management, phones, etc.)
- Management of several Bond Collective vendors
- Continuously explore and curate possible partnerships and community programs that offer value to our members and their organizations
Experience & Requirements:
- Strong Administrative experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience implementing budgets
- Experience managing a diverse group of personalities
- Willing to learn new systems and technology
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once
- Tech experience, preferred
- Bachelor's degree
