REMOTE Cruise Booker

We are seeking an experienced Cruise Specialist to join our team. The Cruise Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in planning and booking their dream cruises. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a passion for travel.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in planning and booking their cruises, including selecting itineraries, staterooms, and onboard activities
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process, including handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cruise industry trends and developments
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the booking process
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and bookings

Requirements:

• Experience as a Cruise Specialist or in a related travel industry position preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of various cruise lines, ships, itineraries, and onboard activities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Must be a resident of the United States (any state)
