Job Description

The Invoicing & Auditing Specialist supports the Invoicing & Auditing Team with their designated accounts to efficiently deliver accurate invoices in a timely manner. He or she will be responsible of auditing hotel invoices to ensure maximum accuracy. In addition, the invoicing and auditing specialist will be the liaison between hotels and Account Management team. Essential Duties: Delivering accurate invoices in a timely manner. Auditing all hotel invoices for designated airline clients prior to the airline getting these invoices for payment. Updating payment status on invoices as the airline pays them. Complete understanding of functionality of Hotel Connections' Portal and other applications. Assisting hotels with their questions/inquiries in regard to their invoices and payments in an efficient and timely manner. Setting up and maintain customers in the Portal User Management Module. Providing our airline clients with reporting pertaining to the hotels' invoices as needed. Performing the job successfully, the individual should demonstrate the following: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with customers at all levels. Ability to work in a team environment. Aptitude for learning and mastering all relevant internal software applications. Responds promptly to customer needs, solicits customer feedback to improve service, while exceeding client expectations Displays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment and includes appropriate people in decision-making process Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and changes. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) is preferred or relevant work experience. 3-5 years' experience in account management, customer service, or accounting.
