- Culinary Manager/Chef (Full-time) - Full availability Monday through Sunday mornings and nights - Duties and responsibilities include managing the daily food operations of the restaurants, including the selection, development and performance management of all employees in the back of the house including the kitchen management teams. In addition, oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that recipes and health regulations are being followed. Manage broad liner relationships to ensure quality and consistency across the brand while adhering to forecasted budgets and costs. Manage the production and execution of all offsite, full service catering events and in house private events. Ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience and quality of food in all restaurant locations.
