Working here is an unbelievable privilege and it will be something I carry with me for the rest of my life!'- Sunrise Team MemberAt Sunrise, our Dining Room Care Manager is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents in the community s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards.Responsibilities:Reporting to the HR Specialist, the Human Resources Clerk is responsible for end user support and maintenance of HR systems. Key areas of responsibility include:• Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) function.• Support end user on general system questions and support • Verify data against forms and records• Generates and executes basic reports or queries • Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting hiring and team member data• Follows Standard Operating Procedures to complete administrative tasks• Assist in the preparations of end-user documentation or training materialsQualifications:Sunrise maintains a safe and drug-free work environment and all offers of employment with Sunrise are conditioned on submitting to and successfully completing and passing a background check and drug test.• One to two years of human resources system-related knowledge preferred• Associates degree; High Scholl Diploma required• Familiarity in senior care, health care or hospitality industries preferred• Proven ability to handle highly confidential information and manage information with utmost integrity • Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills when working with others• Demonstrated dedication to providing outstanding customer service• Ability to handle multiple priorities • Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication • Demonstrated effective competencies in organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills• General Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new applications • Ability to be available for our team members at peak service delivery days and timesSunrise Senior Living has championed quality of life in senior care for more than 30 years.
