The college owns nearly 800 acres of natural areas that include woodlands, floodplains, prairies, marshes, and the Upper Iowa River. The Catering Manager will work closely with our General Manager on campus, and will be responsible for managing event concepts, partnerships, and will oversee all aspects of our catering program.
