Serve as subject matter expert regarding all population health data sources, providing guidance and expertise on all population health data sources, elements and usage. Responsible for managing population health data assets, data lineage, and data access. Expert understanding of the business requirements and interaction with disparate data sources and elements. Drive population health and value based care data projects from initial scoping through full implementation Acts as a liaison and translation layer between business and technical teams.

Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Business, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field. Master's Degree in Business, Statistics, Analytics, Math, Informatics, or related field preferred. 5 years experience working with coding systems and standardized terminologies such as ICD, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC, RxN or experience in analysis, interpretation and reporting using large-scale healthcare data sets. Experience working with data from Cerner or other EMR's preferred. Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations required experience designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining databases. Experience acquiring, validating, integrating, and maintaining data within databases. Experience analyzing data, reconciling differences and redundancies to ensure consistency.
