Kitchen Help
Temporary/Part-time Assignment
(10AM-3PM, Monday - Friday)

A temporary, part-time Kitchen Help assignment is available to assist the chef with the daily operations of an onsite, employee food service program.

The Ladle offers breakfast and lunch to employees between the hours of 7am - 2pm. Because this position is a temporary assignment the candidate will register with local employment agency.

Kitchen Help Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation.
Prepare salads and sandwiches.
Take orders, serve customers, and operate the register.
Wash dishes, utensils, cookware and appliances.
Clean and organize the kitchen and storage areas.
Make coffee.

Kitchen Help Skills/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent GED.
Work experience related to the duties of position.
Ability to safely use kitchen equipment and appliances.
Sound knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Formal training preferred, but not required.
Food handler license not required, but a plus.
