Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Oversees and manages the business unit's overall financial performance
  • Monitors the recruitment, hiring, training, development and orientation of all employees
  • Create and adjust department head schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of each department


Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as General Manager in a full-service hotel
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
