Job Description

Front Desk guest service agent must have hotel and or retail experience, customer service experience. GSA is responsible for checking guests in as well checking guests out in addition to answering phones, making reservations and assisting guests with various issues regarding their stay. Experience working with computers systems a must. Responsible, Team Player, Punctual, Quick Learner
