Our Servers are responsible for giving a positive guest experience as well as serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner
At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and make them feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued.
Servers are expected to deliver Japanese level customer service and care as we are a Japanese ramen shop.
Some of the job tasks are as follows:
Prepare tables, laying out napkins and utensils, restock condiments, perform all other station maintenance and preparation tasks.
Knowledgable on ongoing menu changes and seasonal items, adjusting to the days food item availability, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items...etc.
Seat customers in a strategic manner, direct customers to their tables, presenting menus, suggest dishes, assist in drink selection, inform customers about food preparation details and allergy, communicating specific customer needs to the cooks.
Maintain proper dining experience, deliver items, fulfill customer needs, offer drinks, removing completed courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses and, bus tables.
Receive cash and card payments, issue receipts, accept payments, return the change.
Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
Pack To Go orders
Covering shifts when needed.
Assistance with special events as needed.
Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting.
Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
Understand and can communicate products and services available at the restaurant.
Overtime often available:
Bi weekly or Twice monthly
