As a Manager Business Insights and Analytics, you will be part of a team that leverages data, analytics, and technology to deliver actionable insights that support continuous improvement of member experiences and operational efficiencies. This individual supports business partners with timely insights and data products that inform and optimize decisions across marketing, member experience, sales, pricing, and operations. Position Responsibilities
  • Provide audience targeting strategies and campaign measurement support for lead generation, digital marketing, and email marketing
  • Promote and support a culture of rapid test and learn
  • Provide analytics for all touchpoints throughout the customer journey
  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor the health of key performance metrics to identify patterns, trends and anomalies that provide key insights to business stakeholders using Tableau and/or Power BI
  • Partner with business stakeholders to leverage member insights to drive personalized communications and member experiences
  • Leverage existing segmentation strategies & models to create a best-in-class member experience by ensuring we deliver the right message to the right member at the right time
  • Leverage insights and analytics to support pricing optimization and scenario planning
  • Develop dashboards and insights to support stakeholder decision making in golf operations, food & beverage operations, and club operations
  • Develop granular understanding of member behaviors and paths to high customer lifetime value
Required Skills
  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor s Degree in analytics, statistics, math, finance, or related subjects. Master s Degree preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, communication skills and ability to clearly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences
  • Ability to provide written summaries of analytic results in a clear and concise manner
  • 3-5 years of SQL programming to query, manipulate and analyze large data sets
  • 1-3 years of programming experience in Python
  • 1-3 years of experience with BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analytics through all phases including (but not limited to) intake prioritization, discovery, analysis, transformation, development, automation and communication/recommendations with business stakeholders
Nice To Have Skills
  • Experience developing machine learning and predictive analytics solutions
  • Experience with CRM solutions such as Salesforce
