Norwalk Memorial Home - Part Time Varied Shifts
Position Summary:
Hospitality Aid is responsible for providing resident related (non-hands-on) care and ancillary services in accordance with Norwalk Memorial Home quality standards under the direction of a Licensed Nurse supervisor. This position is temporary until successful completion of receiving certification as a State Tested Nursing Assistant and transitioning in to this role at Norwalk Memorial Home.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/POSITION SPECIFIC DUTIES
Responds to call lights and resident non-hands-on requests in a timely and customer service oriented manner.
Passes resident trays in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
Prepares resident rooms to facility standards.
Transport residents throughout facility in a safe and efficient manner.
Stocking and organizing resident supplies
Assist residents in activities of daily living as directed by supervising Nurse.
