Sunlighten infrared sauna memberships, deep tissue massage, organic facials, and body contouring are just a few of our offerings on our menu. The experience our guests receive when they visit our spa is unmatched and we are looking for reliable and hard-working individual to be an integral part of providing that experience.

As a Guest Experience Representative, you will immediately greet guests and offer to assist them with their needs, make and confirm reservations, receive and resolve guest complaints, book appointments and add-on services, checkout clients, and process payments. You will ensure high guest satisfaction through a top-notch customer experience, take incoming calls with a service mentality, and educate customers on our spa services and menu. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, quick thinking, and confidence in decision making. We have multiple shifts for Part-Time and/or On-Call for evenings and weekends.


Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent, relevant work experience

Preferred Qualification

Some college level classes

At least 1 year of customer service work experience

At least 1 year of professional communication work experience


Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Overland Park, KS/Kansas City, MO metro area

This role requires standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching

Proficiency in basic computer skills such as email and typing

Regularly required to talk to and hear customers and co-workers

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Perform other responsibilities as assigned
