Do you enjoy serving others? We have a wonderful server positions (4:30 pm to 6:30 pm) that offer guaranteed hours with the possibility of picking up shifts! We will train you for these positions. Great shift for students!

Signe Burckhardt Manor, a 42-unit senior living campus in Minneapolis, is hiring friendly Part-Time Servers to join our team! In this entry-level role, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience by serving our residents, employees, and family members’ meals. Our Dietary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by staff and residents alike. Come join our team! We are conveniently located on the bus line. 

There are Part-Time positions available working varied schedules. Hours: 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Additional hours available in other departments.

Server responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.

Server skills and requirements:

• Food service and customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Must possess strong communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Restaurant experience a plus!
