Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Leadership Team has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a quick-service restaurant and, ensuring compliance with company standards within the areas listed below;

  • Production
  • Preparation
  • Customer Relations
  • Operational Execution
  • Inventory Management
  • Team Management
  • Financial Accountability

  • The Team Leader is often the designated Person-In-Charge and they must ensure the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. Also, the person applying for this position must have excellent communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • You will be required to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, with excellent communication skills.
  • You must have the ability to take initiative, and possess skills for problem-solving/conflict resolution
  • You also must be efficient and detail-oriented with a strong customer focus.
  • You must be a strong leader, and able to manage and inspire groups of 30 or more.

Educational & Experience Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate degree (Minimum Experience)
  • Prior Chick-fil-A Experience (Plus Experience)
  • Prior leadership experience (Mandatory Experience)
  • Hospitality experience (Plus Experience)
