Job Description

The Senior Event Sales Manager will actively prospect and qualify new business while maintaining some existing accounts. The ideal candidates must have a solid background in the catering and event planning field with a tremendous network of contacts and former clients in Atlanta and the surrounding areas. The candidate should be comfortable with cold calling. He/She will also produce sales contracts and/or catering/banquet event orders while they monitor and handle inquiry calls and provide client proposals in accordance with established company policies and procedures. He/She will arrange and conduct special events, site inspections, presentations for potential clients and attend networking events.

Requirements include some college and 3 or more years experience in catering sales and the event planning industry. Off-premise catering experience is preferred.

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position comes with a monthly commission structure, quarterly and annually bonus plan.
