You have a minimum of two years of recent bartending experience and are the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages. You have basic math skills, are capable of handling money, and operating a point-of-sale system. You have excellent English communication skills. You must be comfortable standing for long periods of time and are able to lift up to 25 pounds. You have the availability to work weekends and some holidays.What You'll Do:Greet guests and know regulars by name, preference and needsHave strong knowledge of brands of beer, wine and liquor, as well as the ingredients for the most common cocktails (garnishes, proper glassware, and prices)Have the ability to inform guests about specialty drinks, as well as answer questions about foodMaintain cash bank and follow established proceduresFollow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulationsMaintain a clean and safe work areaDeliver drink orders to each guest in a timely, and efficient manner Keeping You SafeAt Fox Restaurant Concepts, we recognize the need to provide our employees with a safe and reliable workplace.
