Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Food Safety and Quality Manager & Food Safety and Quality Tech in monitoring, quantifying and filing all necessary HACCP, USDA and FDA and others documentation.
  • Assist FSQ Tech in New Hires training
  • Work with the FSQ Manager on various Quality projects.
  • Data entry
  • Other duties assigned by FSQ Manager
Other Responsibilities and duties will include, but not be limited to:

Qualifications:
  • Previous knowledge working in food production Quality Assurance or related experience
  • College Degree preferred
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Computer Literate-Word & Excel
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, specifically in Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision
  • Must be proficient in the English language in both written and oral
Job Requirements:
  • Support growth initiatives by reviewing, gathering information, approving ingredients and food contact materials, and providing recommendation for company positions on current / emerging issues with the purpose
  • Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations
  • Reviewing, inspecting and monitoring the completion of daily cleaning assignment sheets
  • Complete required requisitions for the Storeroom to ensure adequate supply
  • Using supplier list approved by director
  • Maintain licensure/certification/registry/listing (if applicable to job)
  • Work with management staff to improve performance of the unit
  • Supervise sanitation procedures, such as dishwashing and the cleaning and mopping of the kitchen and dining hall
  • Work with maintenance staff to ensure preventive maintenance of machinery according to schedules, report maintenance and repair issues in a timely manner
  • Modify, add, or remove duties and to assign other duties
  • Administer and supervise the food planning, purchasing, preparation, and service for the camp; to see that health standards are maintained in the camp dining area
  • Assist with the development and implementation of a food safety strategy to ensure the safety of ingredients and portfolio for The Coca-Cola Company in North America
  • Helping coach, motivate, communicate, and promote teamwork in all Food & Beverage outlet locations
  • Support Weekly Huddles and Monthly Department Meetings to show unity with staff
  • Participate in a written evaluation of / work at the close of season with Camp Director
  • Set up and maintain dining hall procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Knife Policy
  • Pay attention to the little details
  • Maintain inventory systems to assist in cost control
  • Keep equipment running by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns
