The AHTA Management Training Program (MTP) is an 18-month, hands-on training program designed for recent college graduates aspiring to move into entry-level management positions within hospitality operations. - Be 21+ years of age
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0+
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with an emphasis in Hospitality
- Have extracurricular activities demonstrating leadership qualities
- Be able to effectively communicate in English (both oral and written)
- Be able to relocate (on a temporary basis) to all hosting properties (2-3) within their program
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Successfully pass a drug test and criminal background check
