Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: Our General Manager will create a fun and unique environment through a vibrant bar nightlife, fantastic food and quality service that both our guests and our team members can enjoy. The General Manager will also have responsibility for the hiring and training of employees and for the finances and P&L of the restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for embracing and promoting our culture, ensuring team members provide the best possible customer service, and will serve as an ambassador for our brand. This person will handle difficult HR issues as they arise, including disciplinary action and terminations, addressing and resolving customer complaints quickly and with a smile, and will grow guest counts through exceptional guest service, word of mouth advertising and local store marketing.
