As the General Manager, you will drive the growth of a dynamic business that has multiple revenue streams.The Role:The General Manager will play a key role in leading a team of multiple restaurant managers and chefs. Responsibilities include all day-to-day operating activities including staffing, training, revenue growth, cost and margin control, and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management. This is a highly visible role tasked with consistently delivering the highest level of hospitality and guest service excellence, operational effectiveness and strong revenue numbers.We are seeking a single unit General Manager with proven success running a dynamic, high volume/beverage heavy restaurant program or Food & Beverage Director managing a boutique hotel consisting of multiple outlets.
