Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000; starting salary will be adjusted based upon experience.

Stonebridge Companies is a privately owned, innovative hotel development and hospitality management company. We manage a portfolio of 60+ hotels across the United States, and provide investor opportunities, hotel development services, hotel management services, and hospitality career opportunities to our partners and team members. We are currently looking to add a Senior Field Support Specialist to our corporate team based in Denver, CO.

Workday Architect


  • -Work closely with internal teams to drive requirement gathering, design, build, testing and deployment of Workday functionality.
    -Design and implement requirements in the Workday modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management).
    -Configure the core components of Workday for compensation. Should have strong knowledge year end merit and bonus planning cycles.
    -Configure and execute HR/Payroll related business processes.
    -Facilitate cross-functional solutions across HR, Payroll and HCM domains.
    -Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areas.
    -Analyze business process to identify and propose new business process or program changes to address business specific requirements and provide continuous improvement.
    -Support functional aspect of integration by collaborating with vendors and business users.
    -Manage and deliver projects as assigned.
    -Responsible for ongoing support, maintenance and updates to Workday upgrades.
    -Setup the data for testing in each module and conducted test in different cycles.
    -Serve as liaison to business including super users and process area sponsors.
    -Identify and resolve data/integration issues.
    -Lead and manage performance management related enhancements and support it.
    -Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices as it relates to HCM, payroll, Talent Acquisition and Performance Management.
    -Identify strategies, risks, and options; recommend approaches and mitigations to meet functional requirements.
    -Configure and test all configurations for all modules.
    -Support the HCM and Talent and Performance Management work streams of a Workday implementation, driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.
    -HR Suite of the Workday platform
    -Supervise day-to-day HRIS activities.
    -Educate stakeholders on enhancement opportunities and process improvements through new functionality delivered during system updates.
    -Work closely with internal teams to drive requirement gathering, design, build, testing and deployment of Workday functionality.
    -Monitor the integrity of Workday data by troubleshooting irregularities. Research and correct discrepancies.

Responsibilities include:

  • -Lead Workday SME on the team
    -Escalation point for Workday issues.
    -Payroll knowledge will be a big bonus for the role.


  • -Bachelor's Degree.
    -MUST be certified, with 5-7 years Workday experience in core HCM and other modules.
    -Workday Security knowledge is also critical to the role.
    -Must have experience with midsize to large company HRIS system management, preferred but not mandatory
    -Excellent analytical skills
    -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
