Responsible for delivering guest food to table in a courteous manner and providing excellent customer service. Essential Job Functions:

-Assist the wait staff in the delivery of food to guest table, complying with guest service standards, delivering food from kitchen to guests table, along with any pairings or accompaniment.
-Complete food presentation as needed, such as adding garnishments, before the food is delivered
-Set up assigned station in the kitchen
-Maintain the orderly upkeep of coolers and storage areas.
-Maintain all assigned food production service areas in an orderly manner in compliance with sanitation regulations
-Ensure hot items are hot and cold items are cold
-Check with guests for overall satisfaction
-Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner
-Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
-The employee may be expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description
-Maintain a safe work environment for co-workers and a safe hotel for guests
