I'm looking for someone to help manage the bar/beverage programs for my group of small but growing plant based restaurants which include The Sudra, Aviv and Rabbits Cafe. We are re-opening our dining rooms to the public as well as opening multiple new locations and we want to hire someone that can up our customer service, organization, and beverage game.
This would be a hands on position so expect to work shifts at the Sudra and the other restaurants as well as cross training to support the kitchen crew at The Sudra.
Duties would include -
Creating drink programs
Creating customer service protocols
Helping us expand our event/catering side of the business
