We are looking for the part time pastry chef(Head baker)/experienced baker.
Requirements: Week days & weekend available. Some early morning availability required.
Commercial Baking Experiences required .
*Pastry chef: Minimum 1-year experiences with laminating, shaping, proofing for pastries.
Possesses current Food Handler's Card.
Shaping, proofing and baking off breads and goods according to our standards and designs.
Assist in the prep and packaging as needed.
Operating quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, time-driven environment, while ensuring consistent, high quality products.
-Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organizing and safety standards.
-Work with the team members/bakery Owner to continue our success thru teamwork.. Salary: D.O.E + TIPS
