eCommerce CRM/Retention Manager
At Cerebelly we spent years rethinking the way we nourish our kids' minds and bodies. It all started with Dr. Teresa Purzner, a practicing neurosurgeon, developmental neurobiologist and mother of three. When she had kids of her own she sought to find baby food with the nutrition she knew their developing minds needed. She was shocked and disappointed by what she found. Too often, the baby foods on store shelves had zero percent of the daily value of the nutrients she believed were important for a baby's growing brain. That sparked a light that only grew bigger and bolder. She was convinced that if she could get the nutrients that matter into what we feed our little ones, it would make a lifelong difference for kids everywhere. Teresa and her brother Nick teamed up with world-class pediatricians, nutritionists, and food scientists. Together, they created Cerebelly-delicious, farm-fresh, organic baby food that provides real nutrition for a growing brain and body.
About the role
We are looking for an eCommerce CRM & Retention Manager, to lead the optimization of a variety of customer touch points to maximize our relationship with the Cerebelly customer. This person will equally play the roles of strategist and execution point on key initiatives driving the growth of Cerebelly's eCommerce as it pertains to e-mail and text/SMS communication. This person should be performance-obsessed and growth-minded. This is a high-growth role as an early member of the eCommerce team. Long term personal growth and learning is unlimited.

In just over one year, we have earned distribution in almost 5,000 grocery stores in some of the most admired grocery chains (Target, Whole Foods, Kroger, Wegmans), and can also be found on our direct-to-consumer site, Cerebelly.com with major plans for expansion in this year and beyond.
