BASIC PURPOSE: Responsible for assisting teams across all functions of digital media planning including audience strategy, reporting, optimization, testing, and channel innovation. Work closely with external media agencies to align business objectives, targeting audience, partner selection, and KPIs.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; and or any equivalent combination of relevant work and education experience.
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of media agency or related experience in Digital planning. International media experience a plus. Experience with Tableau, Datorama, and Domo. Experience in reviewing media plans and performance across Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, and Video.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Deep scope of knowledge within the digital ecosystem and understanding of tactical media planning/buying across a variety of KPIs including revenue, leads, and site traffic. Strong time management and quantitative skills, including analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team setting while effectively managing priorities. Meticulously organized and process oriented, with experience managing and maintaining project timelines. Experience delivering results in fast paced environment. High level of energy and enthusiasm to learn and grow.
