Job Description

BASIC PURPOSE: Responsible for assisting teams across all functions of digital media planning including audience strategy, reporting, optimization, testing, and channel innovation. Work closely with external media agencies to align business objectives, targeting audience, partner selection, and KPIs.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with planning and execution of Global Paid Social, Video, Display & Search media with the support of digital agencies.Work with agencies to develop optimal budget mix across digital tactics, developing points of view on partners and audiences as a result of data centric historical learning and marketplace opportunities.
  • Review media performance as delivered by agencies and NCL analytics ensuring accuracy and actionable learning.
  • Provide optimization recommendations and test opportunities to management where appropriate as a result of analytics and strategic insight.
  • Ensure proper execution of digital media, reviewing all campaign elements prior to launch, including campaign IDs, targeting, landing pages, and budget.
  • Analyze lead quality to identify success and opportunity as it relates to capturing and utilizing 1P lead data.
  • Support ad-hoc marketing insights requests for stakeholders throughout Marketing and e-Commerce.
  • Stay abreast of new digital, social and data capabilities, making recommendations when appropriate.
  • Perform other job related functions as assigned.


KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; and or any equivalent combination of relevant work and education experience.

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of media agency or related experience in Digital planning. International media experience a plus. Experience with Tableau, Datorama, and Domo. Experience in reviewing media plans and performance across Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, and Video.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Deep scope of knowledge within the digital ecosystem and understanding of tactical media planning/buying across a variety of KPIs including revenue, leads, and site traffic. Strong time management and quantitative skills, including analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team setting while effectively managing priorities. Meticulously organized and process oriented, with experience managing and maintaining project timelines. Experience delivering results in fast paced environment. High level of energy and enthusiasm to learn and grow.
