Pineapple Hospitality is a rapidly expanding boutique hotel management company. We are looking for team members who are all about providing outstanding guest servicethis is hospitality after all. Who Were Looking For:


Were about the friendliest company youll ever come acrossand we need someone to be the face of this as soon as a guest steps into our hotel. Are you happy, outgoing and wear a perma-smile? Then this could be the job for you. In addition to generally spreading joy, youll be ensuring guests are receiving great customer service from the time they exit their cab to entering their room and everything in between.

What You Bring:

A lot goes into creating a perfect hotel stay and youll play a huge role in this. We are looking to you to OWN the entire lobby area and make sure guests receive a warm welcome. Here are a few tasks that will keep you busy on a daily basis:

* Completing daily front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs and rates and types of available rooms as well as other requests from guests.

* Assist arriving and departing guests with their luggage to and from guest rooms.

* Act as a point of reference for guests that require assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements. This includes their transportation needs.

* Acquiring and sharing knowledge of the hotel as well as the surrounding areas, venues and attractions.

Where Youve Been:

Were looking for someone with a High School diploma (or equivalent) and preferably three to six months of related experience. But most importantly you must be a people-person! You will need to interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive way at all times, fulfilling requests (even dumb ones) in a timely manner. If you don't work well under pressure, this wont be a great fit. A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office as well as Opera PMS is preferred.

We do things a little differently here to ensure an outstanding guest experience. You won't get bored because you will get to do a wide variety of tasks! It isn't just standing behind a desk. You will get to greet guests, check them in, help with questions they have about the area, assist them with their luggage and also help them to their rooms. If you like being active, this is perfect as you'll be standing/sitting, walking, climbing stairs, and should be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds. We have lots of flexibility in scheduling as we are a 24 hour business, including: evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. Signing and Retention Bonus schedule of payment:

$500 on Day 30

$500 on Day 180

$1,000 on Day 365

Full-time employees can accrue up to 14 days during their first year of employment and 17 days during their second year of employment.
