Job Description

Executive Placements is currently partnered with a top industry Performance Beverage organization who is seeking a Regional Sales Manager! The Regional Sales Manager role will be responsible for the relationship with the distributor and owns joint business planning and market execution. Your main priorities include developing annual business plans, driving VPX initiatives, aligning, setting, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through a set group of Distributors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop influential relationships with Key Distributor Partners
  • Coach, develop, and train distributors to execute with excellence.
  • Track and Measure KPIs.
  • Analyzation and recommendations for distributor network structure to enhance route to market strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of displaying dynamic leadership to 3rd parry sales teams.
  • Must have experience selling in the Beverage industry.
  • Supplier and Distributor experience is required.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen.
  • Excellent influencer and deal negotiator.
  • Ability to travel 50%.
