We are looking for a hardworking and experienced sous chef to help take the reins of an already strong kitchen staff. It is a turn key position that requires you to hit the ground running. The staff around you knows their responsibilities and will make your job easier. Assisting with ordering, scheduling, hiring and firing, offsite catering prep and execution.
