Camp Lucy Banquet Cook
As a Banquet Cook, you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the resort's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Prepares food items according to standard operating procedures and food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
Maintains cleanliness and order of kitchen equipment and assigned work station.
Maintains cooler and storage area.
Rotates food product to ensure freshness
Move objects between 20-50lbs. short distances (20 feet or less).
Learn job-related material primarily through oral instruction and observation which takes place mainly in an on-the-job training setting.
Remain in a standing position for extended periods of time.
Perform at a fast pace to ensure operations are completed in a timely manner.
Nights and weekends required
