About Our Client
Blue Moon Pizza is a casual restaurant that offers thin and crispy specialty and traditional pizzas, creative sandwiches, salads, and other menu items, along with a full bar. When Blue Moon Pizza opened in 2003 we knew one thing for sure, that we did not want to be average, or ordinary. Responsibilities
- Coaches team members on processes and procedures to maximize efficiency
- Uses positive reinforcement to celebrate team members and peers
- Continuously anticipates guests need to ensure an elevated guest experience
- Resolves guest's barriers quickly and professionally; requests assistance from and communicates with the leadership team
- Builds appropriate schedule to proactively manage labor costs for hourly team members
- Manages comps and voids during the shifts and assists in determining trends and areas for improvement
- Complete management of the P & L
- Conscientiousness of food safety and allergen sensitivity
- Awareness of guest and team member safety and sanitation
- Assists and delegates to Host Stand, Servers, Bar, and Kitchen when assistance is needed
- Maintains proactive communication with team members and guests; contributes to the guest experience through table engagements and presence
- Stays calm in high-pressure situations and assists team members
- Ability to open and/or close the restaurant

Education
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Associate's Degree or College Diploma in hospitality management or related field (a plus)

Qualifications
- 3 years experience in food services
- Serve Safe Certification (preferred, not required)

Compensation
$40k - $65k per year
