Check out our growing team and join us!Summary of Position: The Account Coordinator position is a support role responsible for assisting their team in the day to day work for their quick-serve restaurant marketing client. This team manages marketing promotions (focus on shared mail and print) from conception to completion for the quick-serve restaurant client. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following.Key Responsibilities and Attributes: Support an assigned team/business unit of Account Executives, Designers, and Account Supervisors Assist with end-to-end project management of shared mail orders. These orders will be placed in a shared mail ordering tool (online tool for clients to place orders) Compile vendor estimates and update cost elements in pepConnect Generate program timelines Attend kick off / alignment meeting calls and provide recaps Manage program billing and purchase orders Assist pep Designer and Account Executives with printer proof review/approval, file transfers, and other tasks, as directed Assist team on large scale initiatives Act as a backup when the main contact for a program is out of the office Ensure all program information is up to date in pepConnect Learn existing processes/procedures Assist in the establishment and development of new processes/procedures. A successful candidate will have the following skills: Preferred, but not required: Bachelors in Business or Communication a 2.8+ GPA from four-year college or university; or Minimum 18 months of applicable business experience Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals as well as operate internal, online systems Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to be client facing Ability to mentor, grow and work harmoniously as part of a larger team Ability to do intermediate-level math (calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages) Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form Ability to problem solve Effectively utilizes staff including delegating as appropriate Ability to manage healthy business processes To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.
