Job Details Job Location TX - Fort Worth, TX Position Type Seasonal Salary Range $8.50 - $8.50 Hourly Description River Crest Country Club is actively hiring Pool Servers for the 2024 summer season. Located five miles from downtown Fort Worth, River Crest is Fort Worth's oldest and most storied country club. The pay for this position is a combination of an $8.50 hourly rate plus 15% Service Charge paid bi-weekly. For the average Pool Server this combination equates to approximately $15-$17 per hour on a bi-weekly pay schedule which includes their base hourly rate and service charge. This is not a guarantee of future earnings as shift availability and venue traffic could increase or decrease the average rate. JOB SUMMARY The Pool Server is responsible for ensuring that all Members' food and beverage needs are satisfied while dining or drinking outside. The ideal candidate will have previous food and beverage service experience, a strong work ethic, and a positive disposition. We will provide all training necessary to new servers. QUALIFICATIONS & WORK REQUIREMENTS Strong work ethic and desire to learn. A passion for providing outstanding experiences and memories for all Members and guests. Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing tasks and tolerating frequent interruptions. Must present a neat and clean personal appearance. Must have timely, reliable attendance. Must have a professional, courteous & respectful attitude toward Members, guests, vendors, co-workers and supervisors. Education Required: Food Handlers Certification; TABC if 18 years old (within 30-days of hire; will provide) Knowledge/Skills/Language Required: English language skills.
