DSHS Lake Burien Cook 1 Be a part of something new! The Lake Burien Transitional Care Facility is being stood up by Washington state's Department of Social and Health Services, the Department of Children, Youth and Families, Health Care Authority with generous support from Multi-Care and Seattle Children's Hospital.
