This person will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to guests in the key loading and unloading areas, to ensure a positive guest experience. Highly visible in the pre-mountain experience in order to encourage frequent guest interaction. Services provided include meeting and greeting guests; carrying ski equipment; providing information on parking, loading and unloading skis and providing base area information.

Job Duties:

• Interact with guest and represent Beaver Creek in a professional manner
• Assist guests with their skis while loading and unloading the transportation shuttles.
• Assist guest using the transportation services provided by Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead
• Understand our products and services and have the ability to offer guests various options to solve their transportation needs
• Provide a level of service that exceeds our guest's expectations
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Communicate resort information in a clear and consise manner
• Knowledge of BC Resort is preferred
• Other duties assigned
• Required to work a min of 1 shift per week until the end of the season. Days needed Friday, Saturday, Sunday primary with holidays . Some Mondays and some Thursdays. 0.
  

Qualifications:

• Ability to understand both written and spoken English
• PreviousGuest service experience
• Able to operate in a fast passed environment
• English is preferred, bilingual is a plus

Schedule:

• Hours: 0800 - Noon break 1.
• Days: Fridays - Sundays to include Holidays if on a weekday.
• Requirements: Full shift, 1 fixed day, min. 1 shift per week scheduled until the end of the season.
• Outside and guest facing.
