WANTED KITCHEN STAFF
During these uncertain times, we are operating V&M Bistro solely as a takeout pizzeria and are currently seeking Pizza Makers for our fast-paced restaurant.
Pizza Maker:
- Knowledge in operating dough mixer, hand tossed pizza & pizza ovens.
- Read orders and prepare all menu items.
- Cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, poultry, vegetables, sauces, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils.
- Previous food preparation experience
- Associate's degree in culinary arts (not require, but a plus)
- Management experience (plus)
- Previous pizza preparation experience
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulation
Core Skills:
- Flexible, open schedule
- Possess basic recipe reading and measurement skills
- Possess basic cooking knowledge
- Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment
