The Intermediate Level Cook / Line Cook is responsible for opening, setting up, running, and closing of the line or station assigned to daily, in addition to assisting with training of entry level line cooks and cooks' assistants. The Line Cook is expected to execute the prodution of items prepared using, but not limited to: ovens,flat-tops,grills, fryers, steam kettles and open flames. The Line Cooks will additionally ensure the kitchen is kept clean, and orderly and will assist with customer service as needed.
