Location: Lewiston Woodville, NC
Description: Large poultry processor is seeking a Food Safety/Quality Assurance Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee QA and food safety Program in plant
- Manage and mentor QAFS Supervisors and Technicians
- Ensure quality procedures are being followed
- Interact with USDA inspector
- Report to Plant Manager
Requirements:
- BS required- food/poultry/meat science preferred
- 10+ years FSQA management experience in the food industry
- Experience in a poultry processing plant preferred
- Strong USDA background
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Stable job history
