As an Account Manager, you are responsible for servicing member accounts and assuring the profitability of each assigned account. You will maintain a level of professional knowledge about flooring and cabinet products in order to be able to educate and service Members and Clients. You will also possess the ability to inspire the trust of others with respect, morals and accepting responsibility for your own actions.
This position pays a base salary plus commissions and bonuses. Top performers have a realistic potential to earn 6-figures by year three.
Our ideal candidate will have a background in design sales, flooring sales, or other related fields.
To perform well in this role, you must have excellent customer service and presentation skills in order to present product options that meet the customer's needs.
