- Operate and manage a safe and secure facility, supervise employees and maintain company policies
- Assume overall P&L responsibility, to include sales growth, reporting, and staff management
- Promote and maintain a positive environment among staff and guests
- Manage shift schedules, support the staff, maintain cleanliness and product quality standards
- Interview, hire, and train and evaluate employees
- Ensure a safe, secure, clean and well-run environment
- Able to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
