In this role you will:Be a menu expert, follow Smashburger's prep and menu recipe standards to prepare guest orders Reading, preparing and cooking food orders to specifications is a must! The Assistant Food Service Worker will assist with the overall responsibility of preparing and serving meals to our veteran residents. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and cafeteria. Perform a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking. This position is specific to helping veterans. Preferred applicants will hold a High School diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of food service experience. Ability to prepare and serve portion-controlled, nutritious meals and maintain cleanliness and inventory is essential. Supervisory experience is preferred. Veterans are encouraged to apply.
