Maintain pump room by organizing liquor, juices, and soda stock and cleaning syrup hoses, nozzles, shelves, liquor trees, and floors. Responsible for dispersing glassware to proper bars and outlets. Ensure accuracy of bar stock received from warehouse compared to order sheets and facilitate delivery of bar stock to specific bars.
