The territory includes: WI and MN. The Sales Representative Industrial, Food & Beverage is responsible for selling equipment rental and services primarily to industrial customers by developing current and potential customer relationships in order to obtain or surpass the yearly revenue budgets in line with company procedures and targets.Desired Skills:We're Experts. You'll have the following experience:Bachelor's degree or related experience or an equivalent education and experience combinationPC literacy in a Microsoft environmentProficiency with customer relations systems to track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals and orders5-7 years of previous direct business to business sales experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage Sector / industrial type marketA strong grasp of critical utilities used in Food & Beverage manufacturers, i.e. temperature controlYour key responsibilities:We're Dynamic & Innovative. In an ever-changing business you will be nimble in seizing opportunities to pioneer effective ways to meet and exceed your responsibilities:Develop individual territory sales plans and drive results throughout their geographic areas while ensuring profitable sales, hitting KPI's and providing superior customer serviceMaintain market awareness; stay in touch with market trends including economic, environmental and competitive forces influencing the Food & Beverage marketEnsure effective adherence to company policies, procedures and sales processDrive functional sales initiatives and campaigns throughout geographic area in partnership with your Food & Beverage Manager, Sector Leader, and Marketing RepresentativeExecute specific plans (developed in conjunction with Food & Beverage Manager) to drive Food & Beverage market/customer awareness (i.e. "grows the business")Fearless cold calling attitude on new Food & Beverage customers. Prior experience a mustCreate and maintain relationships at key levels in the Food & Beverage industry with all customers and accounts; ensure timely and thorough follow-upMaintain timely inputs in Salesforce for all customer contacts, leads, opportunities, stage, and End of Hire Dates Desire to be part of a new rapidly changing and growing sector at AggrekoEstablish a customer base in which to promote and solicit new, diverse, on-going business by calling on regular and prospective industrial customer base via phone or traveling throughout assigned territory to solicit orders and close sales; may also require compilation of lists of prospective customers from various sources to use as sales leads for the Manufacturing Sector. Quote prices, contract terms, estimated delivery date, and credit terms to customers by using established processDisplay or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes marketable featuresCoordinate with appropriate Rental Center functions to prepare sales contracts, other documentation and/or collection for orders and projectsCoordinate customer and project specs with internal operational personnel to ensure that the objective of the project is accomplished in accordance with the customers schedule and needsProvide technical sales assistance for power and temperature applications using job related manualsThe people you'll work with: We're Together.
