Job Description

The data governance Collibra technical steward primary role is to develop and support all the Enterprise Information Assets. Additional responsibilities are to support data domain owners and stewards to collect, classify and all business and technical metadata, all domain business glossaries, reference code sets, rules, policies, and data quality. The technical steward assumes the liaison between the business and IT to maintain the technical landscape and assures end to end lineage is consistent. Responsibilities: Drive the harvesting of foundational metadata to include data definition, data quality rule, data profiling, reference code set, and all user defined metrics and custom data set to author and control changes. Collaborate with data owners and stewards on the verification and the accuracy of the information collected and document their approval. Provide technical lead to Data Owners and Stewards on data domain changes by supporting intake process, performing impact analysis, and conducting domain specific profiling. Develop custom template to ingest foundational data assets to assure end to end data lineage form Source system of records to reporting data layer. Engage in data and metric standardization with data owner and steward and solicit formal approval for adoption into data dictionary and glossary to enable end-users improved comprehension of which metrics to use and when to use them. Engage in administrative tasks to maintain the on premise deployment and participate in the on cloud deployment. Enforce policies by monitoring changes and data quality metrics using Collibra workflow and Tableau Dashboards. Provide support and direction to data owner and stewards on the usage of Collibra enforcing and promoting adoption. Engage with information technology team to ingest and catalog information collected into Collibra Data Governance Center. Set up Collibra Communities, Domains, Types, Attributes, Status, and Workflow, SSO. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, required Minimum Collibra Expert Level III certification required Minimum 1 + year experience in the healthcare space or similar industry required 3 + year Collibra experience with certification, expertise building Meta Model, workflow, maintain Console, administration, and integration with Tableau required Business analysis on gathering metadata, business rules and presenting to customer for review and acceptance required Basic understanding of data model relational, Dimensional, data warehouse concept and Business Intelligence preferred Basic knowledge writing and executing queries using SQL preferred Additional Information Requisition ID: 200NU
